I will make the prediction that nothing will be signed before Jan 31st.... Ill go further that there will be no new PR of consequence before Jan 31st. There will be nothing besides perhaps announcements of Roth meetings or the like. There now we have roughly the same odds. Oh... and if I'm wrong I'm wrong.... Now we have the same skin in the game.
