Amarin's had 10 years since Tgs were pulled to come up with something to sell customers besides a 30% chance of a negative event not happening in the future. They haven't bothered.

"It's the EPA STUPID" isn't a viable biomarker to sell to Dr's and patients. If it only comes down to someone's EPA/AA ratio or target EPA blood level delivering the CVD effect, then doctors will just tell you to take supplements and start testing. Lots of ways to get that done without a brand Rx. The only people making money will be the EPA test kit makers.

There are biomarkers that show evidence of Vascepa’s action including hsCRP, LpPLA2, LDL particle size and count, oxidized LDL, triglycerides, AA/EPA, etc. My wife’s Lp(a) was checked and was 16 nmol/L, well under the <75 limit. She’s been on Vascepa for 4 years. Far as I know Lp(a) was not measured in MARINE, ANCHOR, or R-IT.
