True for the people in power. Not so relevant here, but yes, with regard to regulators, the focus should be on not making wild claims and getting this approved. As for doctors attacking, yes, they can’t be obsessed with them. But ordinary shareholders and other partisans are free to find undisclosed conflicts of interest, flawed arguments and misstatements of facts and amplify those points on social media and even to, as some have suggested, the institutional gatekeeper that published such bad research.
