As house supervisor of hospital now, have to deal with a lot of petty issues with people that make 3 4 times my salary. Learned to smile placate and suggest, and keep quite when unsure and offer resolution after looking into issues. Sounds same with nwbo, placate slightly, keep quite and provide answers later, the big difference is they have a sledge hammer in the closet, just have to placate the regulators until acceptance then bam. I’ve learned never to argue or reply negatively (miss on this sometimes) . Best just answer with facts and or best judgement. If right things usually work out. Never a given as many times good people get screwed, but at end of things those that try for betterment experience the most enjoyment. In my case I know so.
