The following is WRONG!!!

Still the peer reviewed P2a Subgroup 1 performed best and was differentiated by APOE3 alleles from the other high concentration, S1R wt. and mild AD patients

APOE e3 allele did NOT determine subgroup1.

The following is CORRECT!!

The APOE e4 allele causes the concentration of Anavex 2-73 in the blood plasma to be a high concentration due to pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. As a result the APOE e4 allele and the resultant high plasma concentration of Anavex 2-73 causes the group 1 subgroup to respond as super responders (they did better over time than they originally measured at baseline after treatment.
