A partnership can't expedite approvals. Only data can do that.

To a large extend yes about right, except:

The patents are gonna be expired. That’s why partnering is the right move. Get the damn drugs out there and start helping people. Partner and get these FN trials moving!!

1. Several recent patents and applications that won't expire that soon, question is how valuable for IP protection those are, but unlikely to be the biggest issue Anavex have
2. No one will partner or buy into a biotech with no or soon lapsing patents

Way forward is a potential Rett approval and less likely AA in AD before anything like partnering, further indications etc. The rest of this year is crucial for Anavex and her investors. Another Feb'ish Rett readout would not imo be a good sign.

Shouldn't the TGA be the first? This where the trials were they also received compassionate use and they were paying for part of it....I do not understand why no TGA submittal....scratching my head....

Going for AD approval with the TGA shouldn't hinder the voucher program with the FDA.
