To a large extend yes about right, except:

The patents are gonna be expired. That’s why partnering is the right move. Get the damn drugs out there and start helping people. Partner and get these FN trials moving!!

1. Several recent patents and applications that won't expire that soon, question is how valuable for IP protection those are, but unlikely to be the biggest issue Anavex have
2. No one will partner or buy into a biotech with no or soon lapsing patents

Way forward is a potential Rett approval and less likely AA in AD before anything like partnering, further indications etc. The rest of this year is crucial for Anavex and her investors. Another Feb'ish Rett readout would not imo be a good sign.
