#160620 RE: KCCO7913 #160617

Two things: first have you not seen Prototypes’ proclamations that next week will be highly revealing, including PR‘s of deals right on it’s tracks?

Second thing is next week is part of the equation of determining the likelihood that they will ever reach their market potential. You can try to downplay it if you want KCC, but this is supposed to be a revealing of the reliability data. Even if we don’t see it, insiders in the industry will see it and they will either like it or they won’t. That data helps the industry determine the likelihood or success and therefore it is a factor, and a big one, on the proper fair value.

If the price goes down, I believe that would be quite telling.and for once Proto would have to agree with me!

I mean, we’re saying the same thing about next week determining the likelihood of commercialization, at least to some degree. Yet you’re calling me sleazy because I’m saying it has an impact on fair value. You’re contradicting yourself like crazy!

I’m trying to be balanced and saying that it could be positive or it could be negative. Yet because you know I want the price to go down you think I’m using some sort of sleazy tactic. But you’re not being very logical with your explanation because it agrees with my reasoning!

Not sleazy at all. Next week means something and it possibly could be very important

Proto’s words:

Lebby said to expect additional License and/or Tech Transfer Agreements in 2023 and 2024, I strongly believe that these will be following the ECOC presentations October 2-4

He’s clearly saying ECOC will be THE catalyst for deals, and he makes it sound as though they will come right after it.

KCC here’s your contradictions in case you haven’t seen them yet:

First, you said this;

Where you’re wrong is that a technical conference has no bearing on “fair value”.

Then you connect fair value to the likelihood of commercialization:

Fair value can be determined by the size of the market LWLG is targeting and likelihood of achieving commercialization.

Then, you immediately contradicted your very first sentence by saying next week we should get a sense of The likelihood of commercialization, which affects the fair value:

I bet Lebby’s presentation includes some information that gives insight into the likelihood of commercialization.

Why did you jump my case when I suggested next week should help us get a better sense of fair value - which is exactly the same thing you just said?!

Party too late last night?
