The -L patents were from 2000-2003 when -L was developed. Do you know how long patents are good for? The few newer patents do not prevent a -L clone.

Whenever this is brought up longs will evolve to citing statutory protection from the RAs. But the main such does not prevent somebody from developing a copy if they run their own trials. IF -L gets approved then they would get Orphan protection for 6(?) years against an ATL-DC in the GBM approved indication. It would not prevent use for other indications.
