“Litigation continued to a settlement.”

The Averments in the complaint were relevant then, but when a settlement was reached in the D.C. Court of Judge Rosemary Collier, litigation ceased as all partied agreed to the terms and conditions and The D.C. Court signed off on it.

It is a nice story, the complaint speaks volumes and was true then, still true now, but a settlement erases all those what ifs and cannot be unraveled.
Costuras signed off and it surely benefitted him somehow….

I can only imagine that Sussman reiterated these items in the closed door discussion. Reports claim some were white as a sheet afterwards.

If FDIC admits all this or settles it would seem JPM Chase can blame them for everything.
