To paraphrase what you and others have said... Index funds are required to purchase LWLG stocks to meet their fund requirements and therefore Index fund share purchases don't count. Clearly that is not the case with Vanguard VTI according their prospectus and the fund managers are choosing to purchase LWLG. It would be irresponsible of them not to perform research and due diligence regardless of what you or anyone thinks their purchase criteria is, they are not adding LWLG to their Index funds at random or on a whim.

Once again until you understand the limits of Silicon Photonics, all of the devices that it touches and how Lightwaves Polymers when applied to it Triples its speed and reduces heat producing power consumption by 90% you won't understand the value here.
You are looking at what they have sold, the market looks at what it can do, just like a biotech stock.

X until now silicon was good enough, but with AI and Lidar demand for speed will go through the roof.

In the foundries now folks, no need to build large factories needed literally for a trillion dollar market. New lab to support foundries was completed yesterday. Hang on.
