I'm pretty sure patents that have been applied for covers them from being stolen .. coverage begins well before completion

The PCT patents are worthless as the patent holder still has to apply for a patent in each country.

A PCT patent is basically the same as a Provisional patent with the USPTO - which is a placeholder where there isn't any prior art presented.

No one is trying to steal any patents from ENZC - actually ENZC doesn't own any patents - the 2 patents have been assigned to The Zhabilov Trust.

It doesn't work like this - "and 32 months more on average for US national phase."

You have to file a patent application with the USPTO - there isn't a US national phase.

Plus, with drugs a patent is meaningless in the US - a company has to pass FDA approved clinical trials and that can take many millions of dollars.

ITV-1 isn't a approved drug in the US or any other country.

Why hasn't ENZC filed with the FDA to start clinical trials? Because ITV-1 has been pumped since 1996.
