Thanks. This does sound like a pretty good deal for both investors and private cos looking to exit (there are tons in each vertical you mentioned).

Would be interesting if FORW buys preferred shares in each of the trifecta tickers in *addition* to warrants. That would give even more rocket fuel to FORW share price.

Once again you are demonstrating how little you know and understand about basic business and nothing about PubCos.

"From an institutional perspective, owning shares in FORW will offer a one-stop, one-share opportunity to own three high growth disruptive industries. It makes their life so much easier than investing in one company. PE (Private Equity) that have already invested in each category would welcome the ability to park their investments with a pool of similar companies."

Institutional investors don't invest in stinky pinkys. Even if a OTC company is a SEC reporter institutional investors very rarely invest in them. And they never invest in a stock that doesn't report to the SEC and never in a stock where the financials aren't audited - that is more of your pumping nonsense.

Sharp has been the CEO of GRDO/FORW for 6 years and hasn't accomplished anything - he brought in two other scam companies and the Sharp cult was giddy with excitement - but as Surf pointed out Ligand has been pumped since 2016 - and I looked at Maverick and knew in 5 minutes that it was another scam.

Plus, there isn't any institutional investors that want any part of the Sharp hijacked shells GOFF/WNFT, SRNW or GVSI and the Bill Schaefer shell GRDO/FORW.

It is delusional or poor ass pumping to post that institutional investors are interested in FORW.

Odd you just started on iHub on 07/07 and you immediately started pumping the Sharp tickers. That is very unusual but a dead giveaway that you are a paid pumper.

MrSmith18 just following up on this older post.

Does this "portfolio" model imply that each company int he smaller subs will be an early stage or mid-stage startup? And not a >$1B company?
