Yes. FORW will hold warrants of every company within its categorized subs, i.e. Blockchain companies, NFT companies, AI companies. GS may even add a new category at some point in the future.

From an institutional perspective, owning shares in FORW will offer a one-stop, one-share opportunity to own three high growth disruptive industries. It makes their life so much easier than investing in one company. PE (Private Equity) that have already invested in each category would welcome the ability to park their investments with a pool of similar companies.

They could also choose to own shares in a 'category' instead. Doing so helps to lessen the risk and increase the chances that one of the companies in the category will become the next Amazon, for example. It's similar to participating in an office pool when buying lottery tickets. Your chance of winning something increases dramatically when compared to your buying your own tickets.
