My point is that Dr Liau is part of a small group of very specialized neurosurgeons in the world. Probably about 100-300 neurosurgeons in the US specialize in brain tumors. The rest do spine surgeries. The 100-300 are already aware of DCVAX and will use it upon approval. It more than doubles long term survival with zero negative side effects. You don’t need a sales force for that.

Do you agree by now that tens of patients with various cancers received DCVax-L (+Poly-ICLC) through compassionate use? What would happen if over 50% of them were cured like Dan?
