You don’t need a sales force for that.

To sell DCVAXL in the US/UK/EU/Switzerland/Canada you need a team of 400 staff at minimum years and hundreds of millions USD investment. It does NOT sell itself and even if it did you still need huge team compliance, patient care, administration, support etc

I want to emphasize that doubling the long term survival was achieved with the protocol set up 20 years ago which was 10 doses of DCVax-L over 3 three years plus SOC. While in the UK special program, the version of DCVax-L used is the one that three doses in 28 days can reprogram immune system to have long term sustainable anti-tumor response. Have we seen anyone under special program talking about receiving SOC in the meantime taking DCVax-L? I haven't. So plenty real world data will show extraordinary results.
