So basically they may never sign this agreement.

This is the exact reason why this stock is under $0.10.
I feel awful for people who followed your advice to buy this above $0.40.
Stock is now down 80% since that fluff news was released in May.
Stock will be a buy at around $0.05 to $0.075 for the next pump news.
