So basically they may never sign this agreement. This is typical for these type of OTC plays. They are a dime a dozen. This is the exact reason why this stock is under $0.10. I feel awful for people who followed your advice to buy this above $0.40. Stock is now down 80% since that fluff news was released in May. Stock will be a buy at around $0.05 to $0.075 for the next pump news. JMO.
BTW, what ever happened to this huge deal? Hmmmmmmm?????? Stock went to $0.55 after that news then subsequently went to under $0.005. Ouch! Will history repeat itself? I believe it will.
