The ActiPatch doesn't give patients INDEPENDENCE FROM PAIN.
It knocks the number on the VAS down a couple of digits, but not to zero. Pick ANY clinical study for proof of this. (Exceopt the back pain study done by the Koneru Brothers -- best to just pretend that never happened.)
And why pin all hopes on a "suitor?" Can't Kelly do it herself? Has everyone given up on Kelly? If there is no "suitor," or if Kelly doesn't want to give up control, will BIEL still erupt like Mount Vesuvius when the NOPAIN Act begins?
All this "suitors, bidding war, deep pockets" talk relies on Kelly being willing to give up control. What has Kelly ever said that indicates this is even an option?
