I do not agree with your message of despair for BIEL regarding the NO PAIN Act and potential suitors.
Your message is solely predicated on BIEL’s past performance and on Kelly not giving up control. My message is about the future given the NOPAIN Act, BIEL’s major accomplishments and Turnkey status, Kelly’s desire to retire, and potential suitors vying for her Turnkey company ultimately making a financially attractive offer.
Refuting a proposition based on BIEL’s past unsavory happenings, the current dismal state of the stock, and characterization of the CEO, is not the one under discussion by me. Mine is about the future.
No suitor would want BIEL if all they see is a decrepit and weak company with nothing of value. If that’s all you see, so be it.
What I think those potential suitors see now is possible major CMS insurance reimbursement with lucrative long-term income streams given the Congress passed NOPAIN Act, and getting to the finish line before their “colleagues”, namely their likewise moneyed and muscled competitors.
