"That is factual as of today"...

He has no insider knowledge, he is not even speaking about Lightwave specifically.

The process of making a new chip alone can take up to a year, I just looked at a few articles and this one was most enlightening:

Of course if you are using cutting edge tech and new processes it could take longer.

This was your statement, and it was false:

All I know is he wrote to me what he wrote to me, and it said "initial production" in 2026 at "the earliest". Maybe he forgot what he had said in rump, or some misunderstood what he meant.
What I said on my slide is that Organic Modulator reliability is not proven yet.
That is factual as of today. I do not know when or whether it will be proven.
I added an estimated time of 2026 for the earliest I thought they would be in production.

Anyone with a brain can see that the company still hasn't indicated they have the ability to scale production enough for a foundry to agree to work commercially with them. No foundry name.

It said production - not "initial production". Your post was false and misleading. He could have been referring to full blown production and on the market.

This is one of the most insane posts I’ve yet to see. First “Andy” says that it’s unproven and he is not sure wether it will be proven technology and then suddenly on the next line he believes that it will be in production in 2026. Ted can you see the discrepancy here ? This tells me either this email is fabricated or that “Andy” is clueless, or does he always take uproven technology to market in 2 years. You need to put more thoughts into your spam.

Hold the line…
