If you don't mind, I just have a few questions for you (sorry if they have been answered before)

Do you have a job? If so what do you do?

Also, you have not yet visited the Natchez area I've been told. Why not?

I'm really trying to see your arguments as truthful, but I've recently found myself scratching my head as I read the bulk of your big posts. I guess what I'm trying to get at is, without you having been down there I don't think your posts hold enough water to sway me on USSEC. You are SO interested in USSEC, you beat it to death, but you've never been there? Why waste your time everyday.... surely you should have something better to do. I am very intreged by you sir. Paper, about the USSE's direction

tell us what you feel they should've done to move in the right direction. I'd like to see a debate on how they could have better moved the company forward. Anyone feel free to post on this topic. Include your best explanations for why they are doing the right thing, or why they are doing something wrong.

Im kind of confused myself why USSE would even bother with the mergers and spinoffs if they really knew they had something special. I dont know much about this, so I would like to see what people know on the subject. I guess it could help a faster growth of the company, but I'd like to hear PP's specific concern on how they are handling it, and why.
