Thanks.

I have some experience with startups and I have a business/engineering background. Someone once said that if you see a roach, there's never just one--there are bunch more hidden and I see a lot of roaches already; for USSE, nothing adds up--the math, the direction they're 'planning', the actions they're taking. A company with a commercially viable product would have taken a much different direction. It's only those companies which can't deliver which I generally see working very heavily on PR instead of moving forward, doing reverse mergers to get access to more shareholders, spinoffs with no value added, etc..., etc....

Obviously that's just my opinion and that differs significantly from most everyone else's here.

I don't have a good opinion on the direction of USSE. With my beliefs as to what the company is doing, I'm convinced I know where it will end up but I don't know the path it will take to get there. If it were possible, I would certainly short the stock and forget about the company for a year. If I knew the near-term path, I would certainly extract some money from the stock where I could.

I would advocate that the company be crystal clear and honest in their communications to shareholders but since that's not happening, I definitely advocate that shareholders really think as to whether or not what the company is saying makes sense.
