Yes the rally may continue. Definitely shorts are struggling right now. They will do everything tomorrow to bring this down. This is their breaking point. If they do not succeed …….. well…… see you up there in the clouds!
Doesn’t inspire confidence, does it? Let’s hope insiders don’t kill this rally, like the last. Until we get a name and a number for the mystery license deal, or another one where details are released, we’ve got no floor under us; particularly if insiders keep cashing in.
So, you’re saying he was able to exercise those options tax free? What tax bracket is he in? Or is this another one of those cases where you don’t know what your talking about?
You left out what he has to share with our Uncle for this compensation. BTW did you notice he still has 990,000 derivative shares beneficially owned?
This sales was compensation for services. Most people that receive this type of compensation do exactly what he did. Nothing to see here, just another made up problem.
ted, I checked it out, the real question that I want to know is why the heck didn't Bucchi, Lebby, Marcelli, Leonberger, etc sell their MILLIONS of shares when LWLG went to $20 PPS, that would have been $MULTI-MILLION paydays for each of them!!!
Bucchi, Lebby, Marcelli, Leonberger, etc MUST know something to have HELD ON to MILLIONS of shares!!!
