I think it is real but would like to see that this upcoming acquisition is a company with searchable fundamentals..I couldn't find anything on Nanosthetics.
Re J Zimbler, I trust you have seen things in the past that give pause - no need to repeat them. I do notice if you search for his name in the most recent 10K, you'll see that his Series C shares are restricted until Jan 1, 2024, and that he doesn't own any Series B. He has Series A but those are not convertible.
You'll see also that he made a $250k loan in August at only a 5% interest rate, with no due date, and with NO conversion rights! So, that's a positive.
Jim Morrison, Marvin Segel, and Charlie McMenamen are a trio with a ton of credibility and know-how on making major business deals. Their mutual efforts toward building something much larger than Emergent has been in the past may enable the stock to move far beyond prices we've seen so far. Mr Zimbler may well understand this opportunity.
