The problem here is Jim Zimbler is an OTC THIEF! He usually infiltrates companies, grants himself and buddies preferred and common shares and destroys them!
I am a large shareholder in both companies. When CNGT becomes PC and is trading again I'll be pleased. Three professional emails to the company within a month's time have gone unanswered. Odd really! My other real OTC investments answer within days.
