I get all our policies by email and they all expire 04/30. They did email me about the home owners bill which I paid last month for next year but the stupid emu forgot to email me the car insurance proof of insurance for the cars.
Then when I went to log in the emu didn't recognize me so I finally gave up and called the company and asked them where the heck the new documentation was.
A human being finally emailed them to me. I'm thinking of going back to paper but I don't want to deal with it.
One of the primary reasons we outsourced payroll was when we took over the payroll for a sub in Canada. All the HR docs and online crap needed to be done in 2 languages along with maintaining a call center that said press 2 for French.
Our HR dept in Toronto was scaled back and the survivors had no love for the Quebec employees who continued to whine about the service they were getting.
I'll make 6 jars of relish from that (I hope). 3 hot and 3 WTF....are you trying to kill me.
You should definitely grow your own peppers. Jalapeños won't yield any WTF punch. Grow some superhots--fatalii, bhut jolokia, Trinidad scorpions, or even just habaneros--to add to your brew. Get them planted now; they're all late season, and so won't be ready to pick till August.
I find that most of the jalapeños I buy nowadays are barely mildly spicy.
