If they are in the conversion group of only 4.99% of the I/O, at 1.5 mil I/O that's around 78K shares, so at $0.08 around $6K per conversion, so perhaps three more conversions and dumps in my opinion. Sure is taking them a long time to keep the share price down, though they do have (from DTII 10K):
