So, as i stated before the one's in the conversion group ARE selling the shares as soon as they receive them..

As of January 31, 2023, the balance of the notes held by Red Road was $61,350, net of discount plus interest.

It is now5/1/2023 and since 1/31/2023 there were 1,570K shares traded.
