Did we ever find the criminal complaint NWBO made against Ondra for corporate espionage? Or the civil action?

I think that must have been posted somewhere right?

I missed the part where Ondra sued for defamation or libel or the equivalent but then given the broad protection for freedom of speech they probably knew NWBO would beat the case even if they could prove there was no corporate espionage.
