Why would the company be selling 2 million shares in Q1 if blockbuster, gamechanging, paradigm shifting news was expected in Q2 or Q3, especially when it already has cash available to continue for well into 2024?
The most logical reason seems to be: it's expected that deadlines will be missed, the share price will crater, and so let's secure as much working capital as we can in advance, without diluting too heavily.
