One point you did not note in your analysis is that LWLG had the 30 million Roth Agreement already in place, and then for some reason they felt it necessary to set up another LPC Agreement to "activate" the remaining 30 million of the 100 million Shelf

so YES, I believe there may well be bigger things in the works that will require greater/quicker funding coming in the NEAR-TERM, wouldn't you agree? I mean why else have TWO active Agreements currently?
