I guess basic math doesn't apply here.

Because there's 40B issued Authorized shared.

31B of those are in the SHARES OUTSTANDING.

You take the 40B and subtract 31B and you get 9B AUTHORIZED SHARES...

So you take 31B and divide that by 1000, and you get the outcome of the RS...

Then the OUT COME OF THE RS would
Be

AS 9B

OS 31M.

You this math doesn't say anything about splitting the AS.... merely staying the same.

Unless they issued more shares, there will BE

9B A.S.
31M O.S.

I'm not trying to be rude or start any crap... im just saying having 40B AS AFTER THE RS MAKES NO SENSE.
