That's what you have to realize, the R/S does not touch the AS's. It merely allows them to get rid of most of their OS's and raise the PPS......so they can do it all over again.
It's one of the oldest, scammiest things about the OTC and it happens often.
On top of that, CONrad Huss is one of the Masters of doing it.
