I get it and no offense taken. But because their legal state filed amendment specifically states that the AS's remain the same, that's what it is. Like I said, they are two separate things and take two separate actions to change. The split changes the OS's and that is it. The only math that applies is xxx divided by 1,000
BOWMO 2.0 is all you need to know. Their goal is to uplisting to the big board soon so my opinion is that they will be very conservative with dilution after the reverse split because they have to get the share price up. They might be selling shares to accredited investors now so they don’t have to dilute later.
