The Odds Ratio formula includes an n for placebo and an n for treated, both, achieving threshold. Either n can be solved for, given the other... it's basic algebra. Familiar with that?
You surely have an idea/estimate of the placebo n% (range), since you've done much research on the topic... although you continue to refuse to provide it. Very curious...
Based on your conclusion that the placebo effect is "huge" in AD, would suggest that those achieving threshold would be at least 10%, perhaps 20%? What say you?
