You surely have an idea/estimate of the placebo n% (range), although you continue to refuse to provide it. Very curious...


Placebo response as well as drug response depends on several factors many of which are unknown to us.

There is no such thing as just plunging in some percentage range of placebo response.

Nor can you plug-in such a number to the multi-factor logistic regression that was used for the same reason. Hence, the simple formula and the simple placebo assumption is not valid and can be very misleading.

We do need the actual n from Anvex to know for how many patient A2-73 achieved the clinically meaningful or better than the tresholds used.
