Some people people may not be so good at negotiation. A desire to settle quickly for small amounts can sound like an argument for defendants in a suit. There is clearly no reason to concede. This is going to be a huge gold mine for plaintiff’s attorneys to expand their knowledge of how business us really getting done at these unprecedentedly conflicted market makers like Citadel. No one has any reason to concede and exposing those secrets is going to be extremely valuable.

Can’t wait for discovery to get going. A lot is going to no doubt be discovered. Since it's a contingency deal nwbo's share will be somewhat less than 100 million if that's the settlement amount. So when you're discussing the amount I'd expect it to be about half or so that goes to nwbo.
