Do you believe that slide and its title is in error?

If not, can you explain why if there is a non linear relationship between dose and concentration, such that that 3 dosed patients (even if they might have been on 10mg A2-73) achieved very close to 0 (zero) A2-73 contraction AND yet achieved improvement or reduced decline?

Also can you explain in your own words why you believe KEM and subsequently a Linear Mixed Model was used to derive conclusions about the combine results?
