Good afternoon,

Made it official from 1/23 s-1. Usually where it goes to restricted. Now that today's update, folks can relax.

All is good and Dan is talking to WV, obviously going for some of that climate money. Why I like this company. The boys just don't talk a good game but out and about hustling the company's business model and the timing couldn't be better.

Target remains .21 by Spring.
