WISE WQLF SAYS; Let the WISE WQLF educate YQU on what a Division Does. First and Foremost, YQU do agree that CW Labs is a Division of Charlottes Web. The WISE WQLF will post the last two posts that verify that CW Labs is a Division of Charlottes Web. CHARLOTTES WEB is the PARENT of the Division.
The CW Labs did not move from Buffalo to Boulder Colorado. It was located in Both Locations.It doesn’t have to be disclosed, it is common knowledge that the Parent Company funds its Division’s and is responsible for all debts and obligations. YQU need to ask then why is Stanley Fools Company now taking possession of the Division if it is no longer part of Charlottes Web or the CW Holding Company?
The company no longer has an agreement with The University of Buffalo and now they are now continuing R&D in Boulder Colorado. Closer to Stanley. If Stanley owns the Division now known as AJNA Bioscience, that is NOT a good thing for the itsy itsy bitsy spider web company YQU Understand. Have Mercy WQLF Ahooooooo
From the Link;
“ The parent company is legally responsible for the debts and obligations of its divisions”
Provide a basis for that CW is funding the company? If this was disclosed, I guess missed it.
As for CW moving its labs division from SUNY Buffalo to CO, not seeing the negative to this.
“ The Company is placing its existing R&D team under the leadership of recently hired Senior Vice President of Innovation, Tim Orr, who will lead CW Labs' expanded team of a dozen external and internal research specialists based in Buffalo, New York and Boulder, Colorado.
