So is this going to slow down cvsi’s one and only chance to sell out to CW. I’m thinking 3 million at most mainly because of that GP. Now many will argue that’ it’s not worth that . . . well there right, maybe 1.5 million including the GP. It's sounds fair. imo

WISE WQLF SAYS; There hasn’t been any mention of CW Labs a Division of CW Holding Company since they collaborated with the University of Buffalo. Since that time the shareholders of Charlottes Web were funding the company. During the time of funding, Joel Stanley set up a competing company, AJNA Bioscience. The two major individuals collaborating with CW Labs are now major business partners with AJNA Bioscience. The office is located in Littleton, Colorado but fail to mention where their labs are located. The CW Labs are or were located in Louisville Colorado. The major Question and Concern is what has happened to CW Labs? Who is Benefiting from AJNA Bioscience? Besides Joel Stanley. Could this be the reason that there has been such a major turnover at. Charlotte’s Web, especially the CFO? Below are the connections of two individuals who were involved with the CW Labs collaboration at the University of Buffalo and are now major partners in Joel Stanley’s newest adventure that is not so new when one notices how far back AJNA was formed as a Delaware Corporation. If DV is correct that AJNA is not a Division of CW Holding Company, then one can most likely conclude that AJNA was seeded by Charlottes Web shareholders. IMO Have Mercy WQLF Ahooooooo

Charlotte’s Web Supports Landmark Liver Safety Study
Published: Aug 28, 2021

“ A local researcher is working with CBD industry pioneer and market leader, Charlotte’s Web, to generate new data that helps answer this question. Dr. Jeff Lombardo, an assistant professor at the University of Buffalo’s Center for Integrated Global Biomedical Sciences is leading a collaborative research study into CBD’s effects on the liver. Charlotte’s Web, whose development lab is located in Buffalo, is one of twelve companies participating in the study.
