The fact that a CEO of a company trying to trade on the OTC, hides himself (much like Paul Rosenberg did) is really a red flag.

Red Flags for me:

1. Continued switching of companies and operational model
2. Trying to latch on to buzz words (Blockchain / Robo) but not producing anything to date.
3. Foreign Nationals running the companies with no traceability to anyone liable in the US.
4. Companies being setup outside of the U.S. (even if PR is a territory).
5. Baiting investors with dividends to companies run by the same people (SImon runs Botz and Bult).
6. Lack of profile of the CEO of the company.

You can see the patents Yuri files on his behalf (in my prior posts)- one being scanning for the purposes of metrology 2 years ago- which is probably the basis of the new patent for road scans .


Again I think they will raise capital only to take the IP and run off with it - this is basically a R&D shell. Suck money in pay some consultants and salaries of friends create IP and walk away with it and not give shareholders a piece
