you have a much harder time. Found a Greg Rubin associated but not sure if he's Simon Rubin.

The fact that a CEO of a company trying to trade on the OTC, hides himself (much like Paul Rosenberg did) is really a red flag.

Red Flags for me:

1. Continued switching of companies and operational model
2. Trying to latch on to buzz words (Blockchain / Robo) but not producing anything to date.
3. Foreign Nationals running the companies with no traceability to anyone liable in the US.
4. Companies being setup outside of the U.S. (even if PR is a territory).
5. Baiting investors with dividends to companies run by the same people (SImon runs Botz and Bult).
6. Lack of profile of the CEO of the company.


There seems to be a bit of activity from Yuri and I'm curious if this is all so that we pay for all the time he's working on patents that don't seem to be going to the company but himself.

Further more they mentioned a couple years ago this would be a Robo SPAC and I have yet to hear of any company they are merging with - 2 years later . And if they do, it will probably be some crappy company that is out of someones garage.
