The fact that a CEO of a company trying to trade on the OTC, hides himself (much like Paul Rosenberg did) is really a red flag.
Red Flags for me:
1. Continued switching of companies and operational model 2. Trying to latch on to buzz words (Blockchain / Robo) but not producing anything to date. 3. Foreign Nationals running the companies with no traceability to anyone liable in the US. 4. Companies being setup outside of the U.S. (even if PR is a territory). 5. Baiting investors with dividends to companies run by the same people (SImon runs Botz and Bult). 6. Lack of profile of the CEO of the company.
