The only motivation would be if he was a crook and was part of the 70 percent of the Short position which would be idiotic and he's not a crook as he'll make Alot more with his 500 million shares and no worries from the feds Henry made an honest mistake I'm sure IMO And wishes he could do it over but not the case so just have to work through the mistake and hopefully everything will be much brighter on the other side which I think it will as much more News will be accumulating and announced at one time once we get current again and hopefully soon Henry has alot on his plate and probably needs some extra help with all the complexities going on at once with the company I'd say an honest mistake IMO And hopefully it'll get rectified 1000 time's overI really think Henry has great intentions for all of us IMO And working overtime to achieve his mission

that's an easy one.
There are no loans, nothing in DD is ever materialized, and there is nothing to show -- that would tank SP naturally. Now we have this mysterious "oops" EM situation that he can fall back to.
SP tanked just because of an honest mistake, not because the entire business is fluff.

N2. He pulled it before. When he goes current, the pump will commence, and new silly retailers will again give their money to his behind-the-scenes trading team.
If SP falls because of the business failure, you can't pump it with another promise.
If SP fails because of EM 'oops', you can pump 5000% on going current.

N2 also answers N3, what is his gain/ Ask his family and team who are flipping on insiders knowledge.
