Just a little speculation on my part...Perhaps Sarissa has communicated privately with the AMRN BOD and maybe some BOD members have doubts about the direction PWO may want to take the company. Seems strange for Denner to want the removal of the COB, their must be a logical reason behind such a move.
jroon, here's my 2 cents. Sarissa gets the 7 BOD seats. They pick the brains of the existing members get to know the company they see the books and know where improvement needs to be made. They gradually vote out each of the members that don't fit the same mold and sack them and continue to replace them with Sarissas people. Don't forget the in house lawyer left and the seat is still vacant Mark DiPaolo is Sarissa's lawyer The date will be determined shortly. This is just the preliminary proxy. But it gives us the actual time line of events leading up to today.
