jroon, here's my 2 cents. Sarissa gets the 7 BOD seats. They pick the brains of the existing members get to know the company they see the books and know where improvement needs to be made. They gradually vote out each of the members that don't fit the same mold and sack them and continue to replace them with Sarissas people. Don't forget the in house lawyer left and the seat is still vacant Mark DiPaolo is Sarissa's lawyer
