I don't believe that has been the case at all. Low float reverse merger plays have been almost nonexistent. Furthermore....most reverse merger plays use non filing shells. Most of those you can find on the Expert Market. This means quite simply....you can no longer buy on the bottom floor when you see the beginning actions of a
possible reverse merger taking place. Retail traders must now wait until the stock once again trades on the OTC pink market. Once it trades on the pink market.....we have been seeing that the PPS is ridiculous from day one and it is simply NOT WORTH IT. No room for profit. The only ones who are probably making profit are those who were able to buy on the EM and are now pawning it off to you. These are just plain facts. Anyone who is denying these facts after these rules being in effect for a couple of years now are fooling themselves.
