Interesting analogy isn't it? If the people working for Karim Mikhail feel compelled to excel or not under his leadership? Of course a lot of times managers surround themselves with people who share the same values and goals. Those outside the "Circle" (Meet the Fokkers) find other employment.

Hi Nukeum......... I agree that's what your cardiac kids need. a Tom Coughlin overly structured disciplinarian type for 2 years...... and Murray is too much of a diva. When he's on, he's amazing but he's inconsistent and injury prone....... your window of opportunity closed quickly but hey, that's life in the NFL :-)
